Kasia Korczak is interested in design primarily as a vehicle for producing and distributing content. Her work has been exhibited at the Design Museum and the Barbican Gallery in London and Casco in Utrecht. In 2006 she founded the collective Slaves and Tatars with long-time collaborator, artist and writer Payam Sharifi. S&T produces work across fashion, design and art with a quintessentially polemical approach. Under the name What Once Was, Korczak collaborates with theoretical physicist Christophe Galfard. She recently graduated from an MA residency at the Werkplaats Typografie in Arnhem where she started her practice with Boy Vereecken.
